Digital Products

Most of our products are digital products, such as ebooks, guides, templates, workbooks, courses, digital downloads, online resources, and other instant-access materials.

Because digital products are delivered electronically and can be accessed, downloaded, copied, or used immediately after purchase, all digital product sales are generally final and non-refundable.

By purchasing a digital product from our website, you agree that you are receiving immediate access to the product and that you understand you may lose your right to cancel or request a refund once the digital product has been delivered or accessed.

No Refunds for Digital Downloads

We do not offer refunds for digital products due to:

Change of mind.
Accidental purchase.
Not reading the product description before buying.
Not having enough time to use the product.
Deciding the product is no longer needed.
Buying the wrong item.
Not having the required software, app, or account to use the product.
Expecting a different result, outcome, income, or business success.

We will do our best to help you access the product you purchased. Please include your order number, the email address used at checkout, and a short description of the issue.

If there is a genuine technical problem with the file or access link that cannot be fixed, we may offer a replacement file or a new access link.

Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same digital product more than once, please contact us within  2 days. If we can verify the duplicate purchase, we may offer a refund, store credit, or another solution at our discretion.

Physical Products

If we sell physical products on our website, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, unless the product is excluded from return for legal, hygiene, custom, or other valid reasons.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, undamaged, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for returned items that are lost in the mail.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when you receive it. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at thecreativedeskco@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

If the problem is confirmed, we will do our best to offer a suitable solution, such as a replacement, repair, store credit, or refund.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to the original payment method where possible. Please allow time for your bank, card provider, or payment processor to complete the refund.

Courses, Coaching, and Services

If we offer courses, coaching sessions, consultations, memberships, or services, refund terms may vary depending on the specific offer. Any special refund terms will be shown on the sales page, checkout page, or service agreement.

Once a service has been delivered, a coaching session has taken place, or course access has been provided, refunds may not be available unless clearly stated otherwise.
